304 Grade
Type 304 is one of the most versatile and commonly used stainless steels. It is often still called 18/8, a reference to its typical composition of 18% chromium and 8% nickel. As an austenitic grade, Type 304 stainless steel is highly formable and can undergo severe deep drawing processes.
Types of 304 Grade
2B Coil
2B finish stainless steel coils are cold rolled, heat treated, pickled, and lightly rolled to produce a smooth, reflective surface.
No.4 Sheet
Stainless Steel No. 4 finish is produced by rolling stainless steel that has been heated prior to rolling (hot-rolling).
2B Sheet
2B is a smooth, moderately reflective surface finish for stainless steel. It's the most common finish for stainless steel sheets.
Mirror Sheet
These Stainless Steel Mirror Finish Sheets are extremely rust-resistant, have a solid construction, are dimensionally accurate.
No.4 Coil
The appearance of a Stainless Steel No. 4 finish is rough, drab, and non-uniform. We use grinding to remove surface defects.
Slit Coil
Stainless steel coil slitting is the process of cutting wide master coils into narrower width coils with cutting knives.
