410 Series
Alloy 410 (UNS S41000) is a martensitic stainless steel with 12% chromium content. It can be heat-treated to achieve a wide spectrum of mechanical properties. This alloy offers good corrosion resistance, coupled with high strength and hardness. In its annealed state, 410 stainless steel is ductile and can be easily formed.
Types of 410 series
2B Coil
2B finish stainless steel coils are cold rolled, heat treated, pickled, and lightly rolled to produce a smooth, reflective surface.
No.4 Sheet
Stainless Steel No. 4 finish is produced by rolling stainless steel that has been heated prior to rolling (hot-rolling).
2B Sheet
2B is a smooth, moderately reflective surface finish for stainless steel. It's the most common finish for stainless steel sheets.
Mirror Sheet
These Stainless Steel Mirror Finish Sheets are extremely rust-resistant, have a solid construction, are dimensionally accurate.
No.4 Coil
The appearance of a Stainless Steel No. 4 finish is rough, drab, and non-uniform. We use grinding to remove surface defects.
Slit Coil
Stainless steel coil slitting is the process of cutting wide master coils into narrower width coils with cutting knives.
